UNITED  STATES  GOVERNMENT  SPONSORED  &  U.S.  STATES  SPONSORED  CRIMES  AGAINST  HUMANITY

INTERNATIONAL   COVENANT   ON  CIVIL   AND  POLITICAL  RIGHTS

Adopted and opened for signature, ratification and accession by General Assembly resolution 2200 A (XXI) of 16 December 1966 entry into force 23 March 1976, in accordance with Article 49

PART  II, 

ARTICLE  2
1. Each State Party to the present Covenant undertakes to respect and to ensure to all individuals within its territory and subject to its jurisdiction the rights recognized in the present Covenant, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.

2. Where not already provided for by existing legislative or other measures, each State Party to the present Covenant undertakes to take the necessary steps, in accordance with its constitutional processes and with the provisions of the present Covenant, to adopt such laws or other measures as may be necessary to give effect to the rights recognized in the present Covenant.

3. Each State Party to the present Covenant undertakes:

(a) To ensure that any person whose rights or freedoms as herein recognized are violated shall have an effective remedy, notwithstanding that the violation has been committed by persons acting in an official capacity;

(b) To ensure that any person claiming such a remedy shall have his right thereto determined by competent judicial, administrative or legislative authorities, or by any other competent authority provided for by the legal system of the State, and to develop the possibilities of judicial remedy;

c) To ensure that the competent authorities shall enforce such remedies when granted.

Article 4

1 . In time of public emergency which threatens the life of the nation and the existence of which is officially proclaimed, the States Parties to the present Covenant may take measures derogating from their obligations under the present Covenant to the extent strictly required by the exigencies of the situation, provided that such measures are not inconsistent with their other obligations under international law and do not involve discrimination solely on the ground of race, colour, sex, language, religion or social origin.

. No derogation from articles 6, 7, 8 (paragraphs I and 2), 11, 15, 16 and 18 may be made under this provision.


THE  U.S. GOVERNMENT  DECLARATION  OF  OPIOID CRISIS, CANNOT  BE  LEGALLY  USED  TO  CREATE  POLICY  TO LAWFULLY  VIOLATE  THIS  TREATY  (HUMAN RIGHTS)

Article 5

1. Nothing in the present Covenant may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms recognized herein or at their limitation to a greater extent than is provided for in the present Covenant.

MEDICAL  DOCTORS  WITH  D.E.A. PRESCRIBER  NUMBER ARE  NOT  LEGALLY  BOUND  TO  FOLLOW  THIS  SUPREME LAW  OF  THE  LAND,  AND  ARE  UNLAWFULLY  EMPOWERED  &  ENCOURAGED  TO  VIOLATE  THIS SUPREME  LAW  WITHOUT  AN  CRIMINAL  STATUTE ENACTED  TO  PUNISH  VIOLATIONS

2. There shall be no restriction upon or derogation from any of the fundamental human rights recognized or existing in any State Party to the present Covenant pursuant to law, conventions, regulations or custom on the pretext that the present Covenant does not recognize such rights or that it recognizes them to a lesser extent.

PART III

Article 7
No One  Shall  Be  Subjected  To  Torture  Or  To Cruel,  Inhuman  Or  Degrading  Treatment  Or Punishment.  In  Particular,  No  One  Shall  Be Subjected  Without  His  Free  Consent  To  Medical  Or  Scientific  Experimentation.

MEDICAL  DOCTORS  WITH  DRUG  ENFORCEMENT  ADMINISTRATION  PRESCRIBER  NUMBERS  ARE  UNLAWFULLY  EDUCATED  TO  IGNORE  &  VIOLATE  THIS TREATY.

MEDICATION  PRESCRIBERS  ARE  LEGALLY  EMPOWERED  UNLAWFULLY  BY  THE  U.S. DRUG  ENFORCEMENT  ADMINISTRATION  TO  DECIDE  WHAT  MEDICATIONS  BEHAVIORAL  HEALTH  PATIENTS  &  PAIN  MANAGEMENT  PATIENTS  GET  IF  ANY,  AND  HOW  MUCH  OF  IT  WITHOUT  RECOURSE  FOR  30  DAYS  WITHOUT  BEING  LEGALLY  FORCED  TO  COOPERATE  WITH  THE  PATIENT'S  WISHES  OR  INPUT .
EVEN  WHEN  THE  PATIENT  IS  LEGALLY  PROTECTED  BY CALIFORNIA  PAIN PATIENTS BILL OF RIGHTS AND  OTHER  LAWS:

(The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
SECTION 1. Part 4.5 (commencing with Section 124960) is added to Division 106 of the Health and Safety Code, to read:
PART 4.5. PAIN PATIENT’S BILL OF RIGHTS 124960) 

MEDICAL  PRESCRIBERS  (DOMESTIC  ENEMIES) REGULARLY    EXPERIMENT  ON  BEHAVIORAL  HEALTH  PATIENTS  WHILE  REFUSING  TO  COOPERATE  WITH  THE  PATIENTS  PLEAS  &  IGNORE  THEIR  CRYING.  

THE  CRIMINAL  DOMESTIC  ENEMY  DOCTORS  DEMAND  THAT  PATIENTS  SUFFER  30 DAYS  AT  A  TIME  WITH  THE  CHEMICAL  THE  CRIMINAL  DOMESTIC  ENEMY  DOCTOR  INSISTS  ON  PRESCRIBING,  BECAUSE  THEY  RECEIVE  3%  OF  EACH  PRESCRIPTION  SALES  COMMISSION.

"MEDICAL  PRESCRIBERS  ARE  EDUCATED  WITH  U.S.  TAX  DOLLARS  THAT  IT  IS  THE  PRESCRIBING  DOCTORS  ABSOLUTE  RIGHT  TO  DECIDE  WHAT  PRESCRIPTION  MEDICATION  THE  SUFFERING  PATIENT  IS  GOING  TO  TAKE  FOR  THEIR  AILMENT.

DOCTORS  ARE  EDUCATED  THAT  THEY  HAVE  ABSOLUTE  RIGHT  TO  CHEMICALLY  EXPERIMENT  ON  SUFFERING  PATIENTS.

EVEN  IF  THE  PATIENT  SWEARS  TO THE DOCTOR  THAT  A  DIFFERENT  MEDICATION HELPS  THEM,  AND  BEGS  FOR  MERCY.

MEDICAL  DOCTORS  ARE  NOT  LEGALLY  BOUND  TO  FOLLOW  THE  SUPREME  LAWS  OF  THE  LAND.

THE  CRIMINAL  DOMESTIC  ENEMIES  ARE  LEGALLY  EMPOWERED  TO VIOLATE  THIS  SUPREME  LAW  WITHOUT  AN  CRIMINAL  STATUTE  ENACTED  TO  PUNISH  VIOLATIONS.

"THIS  CRIMINAL  BEHAVIOR  NEEDS  TO  STOP,  AND  'THE  RULE  OF  LAW  MUST  BE  RESTORED  TO  EASE  THE  SUFFERING  OF  OUR  DISADVANTAGED  &  DISABLED  FELLOW   AMERICANS."

Article 17

1. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary or unlawful interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to unlawful attacks on his honour and reputation. 

2. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Article 26

All persons are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to the equal protection of the law. In this respect, the law shall prohibit any discrimination and guarantee to all persons equal and effective protection against discrimination on any ground such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.
